Mazak takes five lasers and two automation solutions to EuroBLECH

Yamazaki Mazak is taking five state-of-the-art laser cutting machines and two automation solutions to EuroBLECH 2018.

The highlight is likely to be a new 6 kW version of the OPTIPLEX 3015 DDL (Direct Diode Laser) machine. It will be equipped with a multi-control torch, new MAZATROL PreviewG and a variety of intelligent functions that deliver a 15 percent increase in productivity, due to the machine’s high-speed cutting capability.

Alongside will be the new 3D FABRI GEAR DDL, a new Direct Diode Laser version of the company’s highly popular tube and pipe cutting machines.

Also on the stand will be 10 kW and 8 kW versions of the OPTIPLEX FIBER III lasers, with the 8kW machine being loaded by a Mazak Smart Cell automation system.

The final machine on show will be a 6 kW OPTIPLEX NEXUS 3015 FIBER, equipped with Fasani CST automation.
